Anushka Shetty, who is a busy heroine in Telugu and Tamil film industry, is celebrating her birthday today. She was born on November 7th, 1981 and she turns 30 today.
Anuska debuted in Tollywood with the film "Super" in 2005 and rose to fame following her performance in Vikramarkudu in 2006.After starring in a series of high-budget productions alongside leading Telugu actors, she went on to became one of Telugu cinema’s leading actresses in the successive years. With Arundathi film she became a most popular heroine in Tollywood and Kollywood.
For Arundathi film she had won Filmfare Award for Best Actress, Nandi Special Jury Award, Santosham Best Actress Award and CineMAA Award for Best Actress.
In Vedam film she played the role of Sarojini and she got the Filmfare Award for Best Actress,Santosham Best Actress Award and CineMAA Award for Best Actress (Jury), for her formance in the film.
Director Sreehari Nanu of ‘Thakita Thakita’ fame along with Bhumika Chawla is known to have decided to give Anushka, a memorable birthday gift. They are going to launch the audio of ‘Thulli Ezhunthathu Kadhal,’ the Tamil version of ‘Thakita Thakita’ in which Anushka had a special appearance exactly on the birthday of Anushka. So Anushka is going to have on the stage.
Presently she is acting in a Telugu film titled "Damarukam" with Nagarjuna.
