Prince Mahesh Babu’s much awaited film Dhookudu is gearing up to release in the last week of August and the audio of the film will hit the markets on August 11th. Now the latest news is that Dhookudu is said to be the highest budget film in Mahesh Babu’s career so far.
Industry sources say that the total cost outlay for the film is around Rs 37 Crores. The makers of the movie are very confident about the movie’s prospects and their faith is being justified by the record business the movie is doing even before release. The distribution rights for almost all areas have been sold for fantastic prices and the producers are reportedly in the safe zone already.
Dookudu will also be the most expensive film in Sreenu Vytla’s career and the film’s success will launch him into the league of successful mega directors like Rajamouli and Vinayak. The talk in movie circles is that Dookudu has shaped up really well and will be a fantastic entertainer.
Samantha is playing the female lead role in the film. Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are jointly producing the film on 14 Reels Entertainment banner. SS Thaman has scored the music for the film.
